I am Terry Darbyson and have over 40yrs experience within the food industry across most aspects including; Butchery, Chef in the Armed Forces, Food Production Trainer, Production Supervisor, Development Co-ordinator, Process Development and Continuous Improvement Projects. I have experience in chilled short shelf life products including Soups & Sauces, a wide range in Ready Meals and Desserts. In my spare time I play Indoor Bowls and of course enjoy time with my family.

Interesting fact about me: I have on several occasions abseiled down massive dams face first in various locations and loved it, now…….anything above 6ft I will not entertain it.
