An early decision to enter the hospitality and catering industry has given me a wealth of experience within the hotel and restaurant industry working in four separate Michelin starred establishments, as well as managing and part owning a busy city centre fine dining establishment. In 2009, I decided to move into food development not just for the excitement of creating and developing new products but also allowing me to see more of my family!
Starter or Dessert: Starter – Pan Fried Foie Gras (just not very often!)
Book or Film: Film – The Usual Suspects, although it’s probably more likely to be watching Shrek or Toy Story with my kids these days

First Job: A paper round for the village shop and post office which was owned and run by my Mum who used to drive me round if it was raining

Interesting fact about me: I am an active member of the Bourne Mountain Rescue Team with monthly meetings being held in the local pub…. Bourne is in one of the flattest areas in the UK so we don’t get many call outs, but the beer is good!
