My years in the food industry (Iet’s gloss over how many) has been spent in various functions, sectors and categories; from very short shelf-life, own label chilled convenience to ambient brands. I have provided account management, brand development, category management/insight and project management services to producers of all shapes and sizes. I have worked for Geest (now Bakkavör), UniQ and Fresh-Pak Chilled Foods but for the last few years. I’ve loved working independently with all sorts of businesses seeking to develop their presence with the major multiples. I live in Stamford with my husband and two young children, I enjoy running and can knock out a batch of jam tarts in lightning speed (although not at the same time).
